Effective date: July 20, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using FitQuest ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
FitQuest is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Workout plans, nutrition targets, macro estimates, and any AI-generated suggestions are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. You use the App's exercise and nutrition guidance entirely at your own risk. FitQuest and its developer are not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome connected to your use of the App.
FitQuest offers training and nutrition guidance intended to support general mood and energy, an optional mood question on the Daily Check-in, and a trend derived from your own answers. All of it is general wellness information. It is not treatment, not a diagnosis, not a screening tool, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Some features (plan generation, macro estimation, exercise substitution, meal planning, weekly check-ins) are generated by a third-party AI model. This content is an approximation and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific situation — review it critically before relying on it, particularly for calorie/macro targets if you have a medical condition affecting diet.
Workout logs, nutrition entries, body measurements, and progress photos you create in the App are yours. They're stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy for details) — we don't claim ownership of anything you log or photograph.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App beyond what's permitted by law, use the App to violate any law, attempt to abuse or overload the AI proxy service backing the App's AI features, or resell or redistribute the App.
Crews let you share workouts, reactions, and comments with a small group you create or join by invite code. You're responsible for what you post — no harassment, hate speech, or content that violates the law. We may remove content, suspend a crew, or restrict an account for abuse of this feature. Anything you post to a crew is visible to that crew's members (see the Privacy Policy for what's stored).
FitQuest Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (offered monthly and annually) that unlocks the App's AI features. Free accounts receive one complimentary AI workout plan at setup; the rest of the App — workout and nutrition tracking, the offline food database, recovery protocols and progress history — is free and does not require a subscription.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitQuest's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, lost data, or lost profits.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the App or any feature (including the server-side AI proxy) at any time without notice.
If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it in the app's release notes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
